looks as well as it functions
The lamp can be adjusted to fit any configuration to allow for optimum reading light and space consideration. It goes with our traditional decor. The light bulb with metal surround does get very hot in a short time frame. Only other concern was putting it together. It was hard to use the allen wrench-especially when trying to do it alone- rest was easy. It was well packed and came with the light bulb.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
